傳動件分廠簡介

傳動件加工廠房2500平米，毛坯倉庫460平米，機械加工設備120余臺。月鑄造能力為400噸，生產能力為每月4萬件。

主要產品有：

1.錐孔、直孔V槽皮帶輪系列：有SPZ、SPA、SPB、SPC四種型號，直徑從φ50mm至φ1400mm，槽數從1個槽到12個槽。

2.無孔V槽皮帶輪系列：有SPZ、SPA、SPB、SPC四種型號，直徑從φ50mm至φ1400mm，槽數從10個槽。 

3.錐套年產36萬件。 

4.帶可移動滑塊的電視導軌系列，規格從312/6mm至1330/24mm。 

5.電機滑動底座210/6--490/12。 

6.錐孔、直孔可調速皮帶系列，SPZ1、SPZ2、SPA1、SPA2、SPB1、SPB2六種型號，直徑從φ84mm至φ355mm。

7.錐孔、直孔平輪、帶邊平輪系列：輪寬從32mm至200mm，直徑從φ63mm至φ630mm。 

8.錐孔、直孔多鍥輪系列：有PH、PJ、PK、PL、PM五種，從2個槽到49個槽，直徑從φ63mm至φ630mm。 

9.也可根據用戶要求生產非標傳動件。  

產品銷往德國、英國、意大利、西班牙、荷蘭、瑞典等國家。

Transmission Parts Production：

Our transmission unit machinery department is built on a 2500 m2 floor plan, with a

460 m2 warehouse for partially finished products and over 120 sets of automatic

machinery tools. We are capable of producing our high quality products from raw

materials, therefore this end-to-end control ensures the all-time reliability and high

quality, with the following granted international qualification certificates:

ISO/TS16949:2009 and ISO9001:2008.
Our monthly casting capacity can sufficiently support the fabrication 400 tonnes of

final products. In addition, our monthly machinery capacity is 40,000 units of a wide

range of standard and customized products. We also have the capacity to produce over

360,000 high quality taper sleeves annually. Depending on your needs, all products can

be fully customized to fulfil all your specifications.
